Erika Grose is a nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Associates in Applied Science, Registered Nurse degree at Niagara County Community College in 2012. She continued to work as an RN on a cardiac floor in a local hospital and a primary care office while completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Daemen College, graduating cum laude in 2015.

Erika continued at Daemon College for her Master of Science in nursing, graduating as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in 2016. Erika received the Excellence in Advanced Nursing Practice Award in May of 2017. This award is presented to an individual with outstanding performance in an area of advanced practice nursing. It was stated at the award ceremony, "If you're fortunate enough to have her as your healthcare provider, you will be in the hands of a kind, compassionate, extremely skilled health care professional."

Erika has been with Dr. Patricia Danaher at Med Well Niagara since 2015. With her years of experience in the diagnosing and treatment of various dermatologic conditions, counseling and educating on overall skin health, the move to aesthetic medicine, with particular attention to areas related to her specialty, gerontology, was a logical progression. Erika uses her training and experience to treat aging effects on the skin with energetic kindness and focused care.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her sons and her fiance, walking their dogs, attending her sons' sports events, traveling, reading, and cooking.
