There is no one size fits all when it comes to facial fillers. Our goal is overall facial harmony and feature balancing, which is best achieved by a customized approach. For new patients, a consultation prior to your treatment will determine the approach and cost. This can be planned on the same day, if desired. Sculptra

Sculptra is not your typical filler!! Unlike Hyaluronic Acid fillers, Sculptra is made of Poly-L-lactic Acid. This stimulates your body to produce its own collagen. You will not see immediate results with this treatment, unlike a typical "filler". Over 4-6 weeks, your body resorbs the PLLA material (same as absorbable suture material) resulting in production of collagen. This results in natural volume restoration and hydration with thicker/tighter skin. Several sessions are required for best outcomes, average 2-4. The results continue to improve over months and can last up to 2-3 years! The benefit of sculptra over traditional HA fillers is the ability to treat more volume loss with natural, longer lasting results.

Radiesse

Composed of Calcium Hydroxyapatite, the same substance found in your bones, this filler works differently than HA fillers. Radiesse is used for moderate to severe volume loss to plump wrinkles and folds and add definition. An exceptional use of this product is to use as a "wash" in areas such as neck, decolletage and hands to mask the appearance of veins, improve volume loss, crepey skin texture and tech neck lines. The calcium microspheres stimulate the body to produce collagen, like scaffolding, over time. You will see immediate results that will improve over time.

Kybella

The only nonsurgical fat reduction treatment FDA approved in the US. Once injected into the designated area, the active ingredient, deoxycholic acid, goes to work destroying fat cells…. Permanently! Kybella works best in areas of stubborn fat after ideal weight is achieved. The most common area of treatment is the “double chin”, which can be the result of genetics or aging despite a health weight. Other areas can be treated including “bra bulge” at the armpit area, inner thighs, excessive jowls, etc. Dr Danaher will discuss if your area of concern is a candidate for treatment. Each treatment session typically requires 1-2 syringes with repeated sessions totaling 2-3.

Hyaluronidase Reversal

Sometimes the best solution is to start from scratch! If you’ve had previous hyaluronic filler placed at a different practice, we may need to reverse it and start again for best results.
